Brama Portowa comprises two independent office buildings - Brama Portowa I and Brama Portowa II. The name of the project comes from the Baroque city gate constituting the remains of the old Prussian fortifications being adjacent to the project. However, the residents of Szczecin started calling them by their colloquial names: Grzybek and Poczta, respectively, which are also connected with the history of this location.
The project has become one of Szczecin’s contemporary landmarks. Modern office buildings organized the urban space in the very center of the city and succeeded in bringing some “big-city” features to it.
Upon opening of Brama Portowa, the town gained almost 13,000 square meters of modern office and retail space. The commissioning of the project was concurrent with the completion of the reconstruction of the road and tram system at the intersection on Brama Portowa square. Presently, it is an inspiring workplace and a popular meeting spot for many residents of Szczecin.

In accordance with the environmentally friendly building principles, buildings are characterized by innovative water and electricity saving systems, optimal natural light access, waste segregation, roofs systems that provide protection against the so-called “hot island” effect, bicycle parking facilities and electric vehicle battery chargers.

Location
Brama Portowa buildings are located on the opposite sides of Aleja Niepodleglosci at the corner of Brama Portowa Square (Brama Portowa II) and Kardynala Wyszynskiego (Brama Portowa I). The location in the very center of Szczecin ensures availability of a rich variety of facilities and additional parking near the buildings.
