MM Gallery is located in the city center. It is easy to reach on foot, by public transport and by car. The office part of MM Gallery is located on level 3. You can get to it through the reception area with two lifts. Object has an entrance from street corner of Świętego Marcina and Marcinkowskiego Aveneu. The leased space will be arranged in accordance with the provisions of the Parties. Local will have new carpet, painted walls in colors determined by the Parties, interior doors Porta, lowered ceilings with lighting grids, air conditioning with air exchange (also some windows are hinged) and structured cabling. Sanitary facility is outside the office. The owner of Gallery can execute a kitchenette with water and drains approaches. The office part of GALLERY MM and parking will be available around the clock and will be monitored. The common parts of the building will be monitored. Cleaning company will clean up only a common parts. Cleaning of leased office space or service space is on the side and at the expense of the Lessee.
