Litwiniuk Property has gained the new tenant for office space about 400 sqm in Malta Office Park in Poznań and 350 sqm in Piastów Office Center in Szczecin. The new tenant is the corporation which provides finance, insurance and asset management services. The company operates in over 45 countries around the world.
Malta Office Park in Poznań is 6 buildings complex (A class) : four with 5 stories and two with 6 stories, which each of them has an own entrance, driveway and reception. The complex has three separate entrances.
Piastów Office Center in Szczecin is complex consisting of 3 office buildings (A class) with total area about 21 000 sqm. The buildings are located at the main entrance to Szczecin. In the area of investment is high traffic of pedestrians and cars, which is caused by the main shopping centers in neighborhood and traffic from Berlin airport.
Piastów Office Center meets the requirements of BREEAM certificate.
