1900 K Street was purchased by Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America in December 2004 and is managed by Hines. Completed in 1996, the 13-story office building is located in Washington's vibrant central business district, providing ready access to a multitude of services and amenities including high-end restaurants and the Metro system. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Cesar Pelli, architectural features include a distinctive exterior curtain wall system, a semicircular corner entrance that leads to a glass-walled rotunda, and a three-story lobby atrium.
