2331 Eur CenterRome

In 2007, Hines was hired to serve as property and asset manager for 2331 Eur Center, a nine-story, Class A office building in downtown Rome, and to manage a two-year redevelopment of the project. Strategically located in the EUR business district, 2331 Eur Center offers easy access to Rome's historical center, the new Fiera di Roma and both Leonardo Da Vinci and Roma Ciampino international airports. The building's double-skin façade gives it a distinctly modern look that is both elegant and functional, incorporating natural lighting and convection heating. Large terraces on the seventh and ninth floors provide panoramic views of Rome's skyline.
