Belaya Dacha Logopark is a Class A logistics complex consisting of four warehouses operating on a 24-hour basis. The existing buildings are the first and second phases of a three-phase master-planned development covering approximately 30 hectares. Hines provided development and leasing services in relation to Phase III of the logopark. In September 2011, the construction of Phase III was completed increasing the project total area up to 147,000 square meters. Hines is a major shareholder in the project, as well as the property/facility manager at Belaya Dacha Logopark.
