Budova G BuildingPrague

The building Budova  G was designed by ATELIER 8000 and was finished in 2013. It is located at the corner of Michelská and Baarova Streets. Budova G offers a total of 5,750 m2 of office space and 1,250 m2 of ground floor retail space. Three underground levels provide 140 parking spaces for tenants and the public. The building Budova G has a roof terrace for relaxation and, unlike other office buildings, it has its own inner courtyard with greenery. The building has excellent transport accessibility: the Jemnická bus stop is located directly in front of the building (two bus stops to metro C line stations Budějovická and Kačerov), as well as direct connection to Prague Ring Road and the D1 motorway.
