CB16 Tower RenovationParis-La Défense

The 34-story, CB16 Tower, built in 1971, is located in the La Défense business district to the west of Paris. The 27,424-square-meter building was occupied by the French electricity company, EDF, until 2001, and has since been the focus of a renovation project designed by the New York-based architectural firm of Kohn Pederson Fox Associates. The new modern tower, which was completed in late 2003, optimizes the internal organization of the building in order to meet the exacting requirements of the La Défense office market.
