The Filadelfie Building, designed by DaM, s.r.o., dominates the Brumlovka locality complex with its 17 floors and captivating design. The building is situated on Želetavská Street and was completed in late 2010. It has a total leasable space of 34,000 m2. A total of 940 underground parking spaces are available for tenants and visitors. The office units are fully leased, with the largest space occupied by UniCredit Bank. Other tenants include ŠKODA AUTO, as well as the developer of the Brumlovka locality project, PASSERINVEST GROUP. The Filadelfie Building has excellent transport accessibility: a shuttle bus stop (Filadelfie) is located directly in front of the building (one stop from the Budějovická metro station), other public transit connections are located 100 m away, and there is also a direct connection from the building to the Prague Ring Road and the D1 motorway.
