Infopark Research Centre is the company's first investment in Hungary. It was planned and developed for companies active in the information technology and technological innovation industries. As the concept was totally innovative for Hungary, AIG/Lincoln applied its development and management experience in similar world renowned parks such as the Silicon Valley in California and the Cambridge Science Park in the UK to ensure the success of the Project. Infopark Research Centre was built in a green area, close to the Technical University campus, and has excellent communications and visibility. Phase1 totals 11000 m2 on five floors with 250 basement parking spaces. Phase2 comprises 4000 m2 of quality office space, where the most modern technical specifications are available. Location Infopark is located in the 11th district of Budapest, at the foot of Lágymányosi bridge Buda side, in the neighborhood of the university campus, opposite the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts. The streets bordering Infopark are Hevesy György street, Magyar Tudósok boulevard, Magyar Nobel-díjasok street and Neumann János street. Infopark is easy to access by car, bicycle or public transport.
