IQ Metal Poland's new tenant in the North West Logistic Park - March 2013.
IQ Metal Poland Sp. of o.o. Company, Headquartered in Hasselager, Denmark, has signed a lease agreement on March 7, 2013 for 2,050 m2 of production space in the North-West Logistic Park with the participation of Litwiniuk Property Company, which is the exclusive commercialization representative of the facility.
North-West Logistic Park is the first in Szczecin modern warehouse and production warehouse with leasable area of ??64 000 sqm. Large logistics complex, located on 14 ha plot, located in the south - east of Szczecin. The facility includes four halls "A" - 6 875 sqm, "B" - 13 363 sqm, the "C" - 28 727 sqm and "D" - 14 160 sqm.
