Consulting company Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o. o. advised the Tenant in the process of selecting office space in Szczecin. Demant Business Services Sp. z o. o. stays in the Oxygen office building and on behalf of ÖSSUR Polska Sp. z o. o. leased approx. 1,700 sq m of class A office space in the Oxygen facility at ul. Jacek Malczewskiego 26 in Szczecin.

It is extremely important for us to support the development of our partners,” - said Agnieszka Gola, Leasing Manager at EPP, which owns the Oxygen building.
"During the process of selecting a new location, the company headquarters in Szczecin, our client, i.e. Demant Business Services Sp. z o. o. on behalf of ÖSSUR Polska Sp. z o. o. we were responsible for negotiating new terms of the lease agreement at the client's current headquarters, i.e. the Oxygen office building. We also performed a full analysis of the class A office space market in Szczecin, presenting the most attractive locations of space for rent in accordance with the client's guidelines. The client finally chose the current headquarters, i.e. the Oxygen office building, as its headquarters for the next few years after negotiating the lease terms with Litwiniuk Property.
