The second market in terms of the magnitude of the supply and demand is upper śląsk, the supply in this area amounts more than 1,3 mln m2. The rate of not-rented areas is comparable with Warsaw. Poznań is a next market, supply of storage spaces of the A class and in logistic parks in 2014r. amounted to the about 1 million, vacancy rate is only about 4.4%. In Central Poland the supply of modern storage spaces also amounted of about 1 m2 million. In surroundings of Łódź of the most stock new investments for Tenants carried Panattoni out.The vacancy rate in this area in 2014r took out about 12%. In Wrocław the supply amounted about 800,000 m2. In Cracow the supply of storage spaces amounted about 140,000 m2. The rate of not-rented areas is being maintained on the level about 4%. On next places in terms of the supply of the office space of the A class are placing themselves: Cracow and Wrocław with the supply in each of these cities of the about 500 00 m2 . In Cracow the demand for the office space is keeping at a high level from here amount of uninhabited buildings it only about 5%, however in Wrocław – about 14%.
