M6 Headquarters RedevelopmentNeuilly-sur-Seine

Hines was the headquarters redeveloper for M6, one of France's most significant television companies. The 32-year-old building is located at Neuilly sur Seine 89-91, Avenue Charles de Gaulle, in Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe. The nine-story 10,242-square-meter (110,212-square-foot) building contains 7,000 square meters (75,000 square feet) of office space plus technical space for television activity, a public studio, three television studios, a restaurant and parking for 183 cars. Redevelopment of the M6 Headquarters, designed by Boisseson, Dumas, Vilmorin, was completed in March 1997.
