March 2020-Litwiniuk Property advised on the purchase of an office in the building "Hanza Tower".

In the process of choosing the office space, the tenant was advised by the consulting company Litwiniuk Property Limited Liability Company.

The law firm bought office space in the highest business building in Szczecin - Hanza Tower. The investor of the facility is J. W. Construction Holding  joint-stock company.

The law firm, which bought office space in Hanza Tower, occupies a significant place in the rankings of the best Polish law firms. Numerous media in Poland cite the opinions of the firm's experts (TVN CNBC, TV Biznes, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna and others).

Szczecin (about 5%) and the Tri-City (about 4.5%) are cities with currently the lowest vacancy rate of office space in Poland. HANZA TOWER is one of the highest business facilities between Berlin and the Tri-City, located in the center of Szczecin at Aleja Wyzwolenia 46.
