Málaga Tripark (ICARO)Marbella

Hines developed Tripark, a two-building, 10,239-square-meter (168,272-square-foot), Class A office complex in Málaga across from the Málaga Congress and Exhibition Centre. The two 5,119-square-meter (55,084-square-foot), six-story buildings are situated at a highly visible intersection at the foot of the A-7 motorway. The buildings each have an independent underground parking garage providing a total of 240 parking spaces. The project is designed by the renowned Spanish architects, Allende Arquitectos, and was completed at the end of 2011. The development is funded by the Hines European Development Fund II (HEDF II).
