The Nautilus building is located in the centre of Warsaw at Nowogrodzka Street next to the crossing of Krucza Street and Jerozolimskie Avenues. The building consists of two separate parts with separate entrances which offer totally 7226 sqm. of office space and 100 parking places in the underground garage. Nautilus has got a high standard of internal fittings with air conditioning system, suspended ceilings and modern telecommunication system. The building was designed by Stefan Kuryłowicz and in 1999 was chosen the favorite building of decade 1989-1999 by the readers of Gazeta Wyborcza. Attractive neighborhood In the neighborhood there are many ministries and embassies. Next to the building there are Jerozlimskie Avenues, one of the main street of Warsaw. The bus and tram lines at Jerozolimskie Avenues guarantee a very good communication connection with a whole city.
