3 August, 2011. Litwiniuk Property has signed an exclusive contract concerning the commercialization of new investment in Szczecin, PIASTÓW OFFICE CENTER of total area 21 000 m2 (retail and offices class A+).
The investor is Realkapital Norwegian developer, investment cost is estimated at 30 million euros. Dedication of the building planned for use in September 2012.
Buildings will have five floors above ground, where the rise office space, and on the ground floor provides service areas. In addition, all office buildings, three floors underground rise to the parking lot for 550 cars. The buildings are air conditioned and connected by an atrium or inner courtyard.
