Pórtico is an eight-story, Class A office building in Madrid. The building that is now the headquarters of Grupo Marsans, the Spanish tourism and transportation conglomerate, is at a prominent location on the M-40 ring road at the entrance to the Campo de las Naciones business park. The typical floor is 2,900 square meters (31,215 square feet) and offers maximum flexibility for tenants. Designed by world-renowned architects SOM and the Spanish architect Rafael de La-Hoz, the project was developed in partnership with the Madrid-based developer Monthisa. The building was completed in April 2005. Project financing was provided by HSH Nordbank.
