A 100+ year old Modern Style town-house, originally one of the oldest department stores in Wroclaw which operated under the name of "Reussenhoff". During its general overhaul in 2001, the building was adapted to perform retail, service and office functions to a modern standard, while at the same time fully preserving the details typical for the modern style. A popular grocery store operates in the basement floor, two banks occupy the ground floor, while storeys 1 to 5 accommodate modern office space. The building has a 24/7 on-site security service.
