7R LOGISITC GDAŃSK-KOWALE 4, 5 and 6 are three modern class A storage facilities with a total area of 78.000 square meters, which are located in 7R Logistic Park Gdańsk-Kowale. Implementation of three new facilities will increase the total warehouse and office area to around 140.000 m², available within the Park. The new buildings are designed for logistics, distribution and industrial tenants. The project is settle as a joint-venture between 7R and Hillwood Europe.
Logistics Park Gdańsk – Kowale is located next to the western part of Tri-City ring road which is a part of the S6 highway – junction Kowale. The location offers direct communication with the S7 undisturbed exit to Warsaw, A1 highway provides transport to the southern part of Poland and direct access to public transportation.
