Business Garden Poznan, one of three business parks developed under the Business Garden brand, is an A class office center with various amenities located in 9 buildings with the planned area of 80,000 square meters.

The project will be developed in two phases. The first phase, which will include 4 office buildings with a total area of 50,000 square meters, and commenced in the first quarter of 2013.

The complex offers a fully independent working environment and flexible office space, conference facilities and related amenities. Meeting and relaxation zones, where people working in the offices will be able to meet during their lunch breaks, will also be created here. They include, for example, basketball boards and boules playground in the garden part of the complex.

Just like in the case of all other Business Garden projects, this project confirms that we care about the quality of the working environment. Low-rise buildings surrounded by greenery were designed based on advanced features and power saving technical solutions compliant with the LEED certification requirements.
 

Location

Business Garden Poznań will be located between Bulgarska and Marcelinska Streets. The best location on the way from the center to the airport makes it easy to get here by car and by public transport means.
