Phase I of Business Garden Warsaw project was completed at the end of 2012. It is one of three modern business parks to be developed by SwedeCenter under the common Business Garden brand in Poland. In the first stage, two buildings featuring 32,000 square meters of leasable space were commissioned. The opening of a hotel, with conference center and restaurants in the complex complements the business needs of the office tenants. Although it is only the beginning of the project which will ultimately consist of seven buildings with a total area of approx. 90,000 square meters, one can already appreciate unique project architecture. White façades with characteristic ribs and the surrounding garden characterized by a distinct design make the environment unique and create an unrepeatable atmosphere. Main tenants Business Garden is proud to include the following companies as tenants: adidas, B7, Credit Agricole, Eli Lilly, Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy, Ricoh. Location The project is located near one of the main traffic artery, Zwirki i Wigury, in Warsaw. In the direct vicinity of Business Garden there is a train station stop with access to the Fast urban railway line (SKM) linking the international airport with the city center and to the suburbs of Warsaw. Immediately next to Business Garden there are also numerous bus stops and the fact that the complex is located in the city’s green area makes it easy to get there by bicycle.
