Business Garden Wroclaw is another project of the three business parks developed by SwedeCenter in Poland under the Business Garden brand. Phase 1 of the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2015. The project consists of eight office buildings, hotel and conference center which, along with the surrounding garden, will be located on a seven hectare plot. The planned complex will feature a total of 100,000 square meters of office and retail space. The scope of the first phase includes the development of two office buildings and hotel. Business Garden Wroclaw constitutes a distinctive concept in terms of environmentally friendly and technological solutions. Water and power saving solutions, building management systems and carefully selected construction materials meet all environmentally friendly development and LEED certification requirements. Location Business Garden Wrocław is being developed at Legnicka Streets, near the Mikołajow Railway Station. The project is located near key traffic arteries and has a convenient connection for the airport and excellent public transport whilst being close to the city center.
