June 2024-EBZ Design Engineering Sp. z o.o. rents approx. 600 m2 in "Centrum Biurowe Maris".

The consulting company Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. advised the Tenant in the process of selecting office space in Szczecin. EBZ Design Engineering Sp. z o.o. signed a lease agreement in the office building "Centrum Biurowe Maris" at Plac Hołdu Pruskiego 9 in Szczecin and rented approx. 600 sq m of class A office space.

The building itself is a class A office building and meets our expectations.
