The M1 Business Park totals some 72,000sqm of logistics and distribution warehousing built to the latest standards. The five phase development also accommodates light industrial assembly. The buildings are designed to achieve optimum efficiency and clear circular system combined with flexibility. M1 was constructed and completed in five independent buildings with different layouts and internal traffic systems. Building A, completed towards the end of 2001 comprises a total leased area of 4,000sqm warehouses and 600sqm of office space arranged over two floors. Building B, incorporates 22,000sqm of logistic warehouse and 2,700sqm of offices. This building is the last development of the park, which was completed in 2006. Building C, completed towards the end of 2001, comprises a total leased area of 14,200sqm warehouses and 1,400sqm of office space arranged over two floors.
