Yoli, the lemon-lime soft drink manufacturer's corporate headquarters is located along the Costera Miguel Alemán, Acapulco's main strip of restaurants, hotels and night clubs. Hines was selected to manage the building in July 2002. Designed by renowned Mexican architect Francisco Serrano, the building feature white marble and round plate-sized cutouts perforating its outer structure, that allows sunlight to stream through.
