August 2023-PKP Cargo S.A. rented the area office space of 550 m2 in the "Skalar Office Center" in Poznań.

In selecting the location PKP Cargo S.A. advised by Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o. o.   PKP Cargo S.A. rented office space of approx. 550 m2 in the "Skalar Office Center" office building in Poznań.

"We are very pleased with the positive conclusion of the negotiations and, as a result, the acquisition of another Tenant from the public sector. We are observing an increased traffic of customers interested in renting space in the range of 200-700 m2, although customer requirements are high and achieving the final signing of the Agreement is not easy, which in the case of signing We are doubly happy about the agreement with PKP Cargo." - said Jacek Perczyński - Representative of the owner of the "Skalar Office Center" office building.

"During the process of selecting a new location for PKP Cargo S.A., we made a full analysis of the class A office space market in Poznań, presenting the most attractive locations of properties for rent in accordance with the client's guidelines. Our analyzes show that the demand for office space in Poznań has remained stable since last 2022. Renegotiations and new contracts are at a similar level as last year. Poznań is a very economically stable region, and tenants are still developing dynamically. The office space vacancy rate remains at a constant level of approximately 12%, " - said Patryk Litwiniuk, Director General Manager of Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o. o.
