Ceri International is a new tenant in Panattoni Park Łódź East - January 2014
Through Litwiniuk Property mediation Ceri International – outsourcing company – rent 3 050 sq m in Panattoni Park Łódź East.
Panattoni has started the impementation of alredy rented out 8thousend sq m as a 4th phase park construction. There are still some construction work going on around the park area for 11 300 sq m for TERG-Mediaexpert company, specialise in RTV, AGD and multimedia distribution. After completing 4th phase, centrum will consist of four buildings with total area of 163 000 square meters.
Panattoni Europe is currently building in Poland and Czech Republic 343 000 sq. m. warehouses, including two facilities for the Amazon company, object for Castorama Poland with area about 50 thousand. sqm., a BTS object for Polaris with 33 thousand sq m, or BTS in Kutno. Panattoni also expanded his own park in Łódź. Since 2005, in begining of Panattoni in Central Europe, have built over 1.9 million square meters modern industrial space.
