The consulting firm Litwiniuk Property supported a tenant in Wrocław in negotiations for the lease of a Class A warehouse space exceeding 4,100 sqm. Nonko is a new tenant at MLP Wrocław.
A transport company providing integrated logistics services to Chinese clients has leased 4,100 sqm of modern warehouse space at MLP Wrocław. The tenant moved into the dedicated facility at the end of October of this year.
Nonko specializes in domestic and international road transport, as well as warehousing and logistics services, including transshipment and supply chain management. The company is headquartered in Wrocław, from where it operates throughout the country and Europe.
