Freshmarket in new location - May 2014
In the rental and sales process have advised real estate advisor Litwiniuk Property. The Department of analysis and processing Litwiniuk Property investment loans assured also full financially-credit support for the investor, in order to obtain the best possible investment credit on the purchase property.
In the first quarter of 2014 Freshmarket opened one of its new location in Szczecin in Poland. The space is about 240 sq m.
At the turn of II and III quarter of 2014 the place was sold to the private investor. Proposed sale price was 640 000 EUR gross. The area is located at Bogusława X in Szczecin in the luxury renovated townhouse.
The owner of the Freshmarket is Żabka Polska Sp.z o.o. present on the market from 1998. To the copartnership belongs also the most formated largest network of convenience shops in the central and eastern europe functioned as Żabka. Currently the copartnership has more than 500 shops with the Freshmarket logo.
