IQ Metal Poland – Danish company – leased about 7 000 sq m warehouse area in North West Logistic Park on march 2014.
Company operate on metalwork market and are planning to hire in Szczecin more then 350 employees. On may 2013 IQ Metal branch in Poland have leased first area in A hall of North West Logistic Park and start they production activity on 2 000 sq m area.
In North West Logistic Park complex of warehouse and production zone are total 64 000 sq m area. To end of may are planning commission second hall – B part – about total area 13 380 sq m, which are leased now in 80%. Start of D hall construction are planning at early June. Tenants will be able to start they business at the turn off 2014 – 2015.
