SB Software Sp. z o.o. is once again staying at the Black Pearl and has leased approximately 700 m² of Class A office space in the Black Pearl building at al. Niepodległości 26 in Szczecin. The consulting firm Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. advised the tenant in the office space selection process in Szczecin.
We decided to extend our lease in the Black Pearl office building due to its excellent location in the very center of the city. This is a significant advantage for both our employees and our clients," - said Michał Głowacki, Operations Director at SB Software.
