The exclusive company responsible for the lease / commercialization of the investment is a advisory company Litwiniuk Property Sp. o.o.
The construction and lease of commercial, service and office space in the new investment named as "Logo" located at Armii Krajowej Street in Swinoujscie in progress. The investor is the company LOGO Sp. o.o.
"Our facility is an alternative for individuals and companies wanting by location and quality to improve your business image.
I encourage you, especially entities outside of Swinoujscie, which have not discovered yet that a city with a unique location is one of the fastest growing in Poland. Although the building can fulfill many functions, from trading through the office and ending with cafes - privately I say that I would like to object interested in the medical industry. I think that the city lacks medical specialists grouped together in one place."- says Bogdan Tyluś - President of LOGO Sp. z o.o. which is the investor of the investment named as Logo.
"The project under the name Logo is a unique place in Swinoujscie, which has aroused great interest from potential tenants, ie. local Companies from Swinoujscie and national companies that are planning later this year to start their business in Swinoujscie.
Actually we agreed initial reservations of all the available space on the ground floor and started negotiations in order to conclude the lease the ground floor and commercial space and offices on the upper floors. Therefore, on behalf of the Investor, conduct further discussions with all potential tenants who are willing to sign a lease, both on the ground floor and on the upper floors," - says Patryk Litwiniuk - General Director of advisor company Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o., which is responsible for renting the investment.
The Logo bulding with office and service function has extremely attractive architecture - a fully glazed facade. Glass sites from the street with heavy pedestrian and car traffic. The facility will be commissioned as early as the second quarter of 2016.
The building consists of four floors with a total area. approx. 1000m2.
