March 2025 - Litwiniuk Property advises an international financial group in Gdańsk.

An international financial group is staying in the "Officyna" office building in Gdańsk. The consulting firm Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. advised on the office space selection process and negotiations.

The international financial group will remain in the Officyna office building, developed by Torus, for the coming years.

The international financial group operates in Europe and Japan. It ensures the financial security of over 19 million people in 10 countries. In Poland, the company is one of the leaders in the Polish life insurance market and the first and largest pension fund in Poland, managing assets exceeding PLN 50 billion.

Patryk Litwiniuk - General Director of the consulting firm Litwiniuk Property Sp. said: "During the process of selecting a new location for our client's company headquarters in Gdańsk, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Class A office space market in Gdańsk, presenting the most attractive locations for lease in accordance with the client's guidelines. Ultimately, the client decided to extend the lease agreement at its current headquarters in the "Officyna" office building, a choice we also advised on several years ago."

Marcin Dejna, Deputy Director of Commercialization at Torus, said: "Another tenant extending their lease at Officyna confirms the investment's advantages – an excellent location, high technical standards, and employee comfort. Officyna is a complex of two Class A office buildings with a total leasable area of ​​approximately 12,200 m². The complex is 95% leased, and all tenants whose leases were expiring have decided to continue their cooperation."
