XXV Congress of WGN Group in Polanica Zdrój - November 2007

The XXV Congress of WGN attended by 102 people from offices WGN form Poland and abroad, and invited guest.

During the two-days of workshops, we had the opportunity to participate in interesting and diverse topics of training courses which were conducted by well-known and qualified teachers. At the first day of XXV Congress we talked about what the agent, about what the agent should know about his workshop- a lecture with practical exercises led by business psychologists - Joanna Smolak and Sowinski.The most active listener was Arkadiusz Brzęczek, who introduced the class ended their content - but in a different way - a poem. There are a lot of questions and problems associated with the mediation agreements,so we were looking forward to answers, together with attorney Marta Kawecka. to the great interest shown by her subject, Mrs. Kawecka is committed, in the pages of the Monitor WGN present and describe the changes in real estate law.

On the afternoon of the seminar also invited one of the leading Polish financial institutions - General Home Loan - Jarosław Gąsiorek presented personal benefits (including exotic trips and complete travel experience) for WGN Agents who are willing to cooperate.

In the last panel was discussed on the tender for the sale of apartments and office space commercialization developers - workshops led by Leszek Michniak. After a long day in the classroom is pleased to have participated in the magnificent formal banquet to celebrate the Jubilee.

On Sunday morning, well-known from the previous Congress Eura Nexus has presented the practical arrangements for placing your bids in the German-language portal. Next, Legal Counsel of the Warsaw law firm Pietruk SC, specializing in training, presented the characteristics of an electronic land register of the real estate security. Mr. Waldemar and Mrs. Grazyna Litwiniuk from Szczecin told us about the benefits of participation in the regional real estate exhibition, and from Warsaw, Jagoda Plebanska encourage the good and extensive descriptions of the real estate properties.
