New Tenants in Piastów Center Office - 2014 December
Bonair S.A. and the Company KYB Europe has became a new Tenants of office complex Piastów Office Center in Szczecin. Litwiniuk Property consultancy firm which is also an Administrator of the investment , mediated in the transaction.
The Bonair company signed the tenancy agreement to the office space c 200 m.kw. in the B building. For over 23 years Bonair is supporting customers at analysis, design and implementing computer systems, having at one's disposal one from best and biggest team of trade and technological experts on the Polish market. The company is employing over 170 persons, in it high of qualified analysts, designers, consultants, programmers and system engineers in offices in Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Cracow, Szczecin and Wroclaw.
KYB Europe signed the tenancy agreement to the office space c 150 m.kw. in the A building. KYB is one of the largest producers of the original factory equipment and the supplier of elements of teams repress - springing to the market of the spare parts for passenger cars and delivery. KYB Europe is a subsidiary of the worldwide KYB Corporation concern, with the registered office in Tokyo, Japan. The KYB Europe head office is located in Krefeld near Dusseldorf. Service of the Euromarket, African and of the Middle East is being carried out via 9 regional branches.The representative office of KYB Europe in Poland was created in 2007 in Szczecin, and is responsible for the coordination of marketing-promotional activities in Poland, Estonia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and Slovakia. From 1 April 2013 is responsible also for local markets in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo.
Piastów Office Center is a complex consisting of three office buildings of the A+ class about the total area 21,000 m.kw. which is meeting requirements of the BREEAM certificate.
