Macrobond signed a lease agreement for office area in A building of Piastów Office Center. Macroboond Financial Company specialized in creating analitical tools for the institutional investors. Szczecin until very recently was a city with no modern office spaces A class. When we look at new buildings class A that were put in the operation like Piastów Office Center, Brama Portowa, Lastadia Office, Oxygen, Maris, Baltic Business Park. Results of our analisys show that that there still will be large demand for office space class A. In the nearest years more office investemnts of the A class are planned.
