To the tenants in North-West Logistic Park has joined the Rohlig Suus Logistic SA .The investor has signed a lease for 1,410 sqm. area in Hall A.
In Poland Rohlig Suus Logistics has been leading activity since 1990 and is one of the fastest growing up logistics providers in our country. The company manages the logistics and supply chain, paying special attention to highly professional and personalized customer service. It is one of the few truly comprehensive logistics companies, and also the only Polish operator with global capabilities. In Poland, the company builts its own system of groupage distribution of the capacity of delivery within 24 hours, while in Europe Affiliate groupage system supports about 200 regular road connections per week. Contract logistics (warehousing and added) company Rohlig Suus Logistic SA carries out the logistics centers with an area of over 100 000 sqm. equipped with advanced technology and smart solutions.
In a rented in whole Hall A on the surface of 6.850 sqm. since year function companies such as Eurocash SA and IQ Metal Polish company to whom in the process of advising leased also Litwiniuk Property. Hall B of 13.380 sqm was developed entirely by tenants such as Żabka Poland and Danish company MyTrendyPhone. The complex also includes a 100 percent leased Hall D area of 14 000 sqm which construction will begin in June 2014. The biggest C Hall will occupy 28 500 sqm. The completion of the next hall is scheduled for 2014/2015 year. Finance of all stages of the project provides BOŚ Bank Corporate Center in Szczecin and Waimea Holdings Limited. The value of the investment is 110 million PLN, and ultimately employ more than 1 500 people.
