The exclusive company responsible for the lease / commercialization of the investment is a consulting company Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o.

A realization and a lease of the office - service A class investment called Szczecin Business Plaza is in progress, with a total usable area of 11,100 m2 located at Południowa Street in Szczecin. The investor is Agatrans Multi Projekt Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. company and designer IDS Architects Sp. z o.o.

Commissioning of the first stage of investment is planned for the second quarter of 2017. Szczecin Business Plaza will consist of 4 office buildings including the three buildings with a total area of 1,460 m2 each and a fourth building with a total area of 6.720 m2. Designed more than 300 parking spaces.

The value of the investment amounts to more than 30 millions PLN. Szczecin Business Plaza will receive an international certificate confirming the highest standard of investment. This certification is carried out now in 120 countries around the world.
