Calypso Fitness - the new Tenant at Piastów Office Center in Szczecin-16th of May 2012-Litwiniuk Property
Litwiniuk Property – an exclusive representative of the Investor's investment markets at Piastów Office Center-an A+ Class building. Another tenant-Calypso Fitness- has been acquired in the Piastów Office Center in Szczecin. "The company has leased 1,500 square feet on the ground floor, which will be opened later this year" - said Patryk Litwiniuk - General Director of consulting company Litwiniuk Property.
Over 50 people are going to be employed in Szczecin. This will be the first Calypso in Pomerania. Calypso is a leading network in the fitness industry in Poland.
On May 16 th 2012 Mikołaj Nawacki - President of Calypso Fitness and Magnus Isaksson - Representative Realkapital - investor Piast Office Center have signed a lease agreement. The signing if the lease has been held on-site of the investment at a press conference which was attended by Szczecin's Vicepresident and numerous representatives of national and local media.
Patryk Litwiniuk - General Director of advisory company Litwiniuk Property reports that letters of intent with companies from the IT industry, insurance, banks, medical clinics and restaurants were also concluded.
