Kuchinox Polska has leased approx. 4,000 m2 of class A production hall and office space in Romania in the logistics park called "CTPark Timisoara Ghiroda" which offers a flexible space of class A halls intended for distribution or production with a total area of approx. 100,000 m2.

We negotiated the financial terms of the lease for the client and advised on changes to the provisions of the lease agreement.
