October 2022-Mostostal Warszawa S.A. moves into Giant Office-Litwiniuk Property advises Tenants.

Consulting company Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o. o. advised the Tenant in the process of selecting office space in Poznań. Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in October this year moved into a newly rented office space of approx. 500 m2 in the new Giant Office building in Poznań.

The consulting company Litwiniuk Property is the Lead Agent responsible for the lease/commercialization of space in the “Giant Office” investment at ul. Głogowska 151 in Poznań.

We were also responsible for renegotiating the lease agreement at the client's current headquarters in Poznań, i.e. in the office building named "Malta Office Park" at ul. Baraniaka 88 in Poznań. The client finally chose the "Giant Office" office building at ul. Głogowska 151.
